We understand that your privacy is important to you and, in our capacity as data controllers, we are committed to protecting and respecting it.

We will not collect sensitive data unless required to do so by law.

Your privacy is protected by law. This section explains how that works.

We only collect the data you input into the system. The personal data you provide will be used to ensure access to the service and facilitate the use of its features. This data is your full name, specified username and email address.

We will process your personal data in accordance with this privacy notice, unless such processing conflicts with the requirements of applicable law, in which case, applicable law will prevail, in which case we will notify you of such.
The data is stored on secure servers and is maintained by a 3rd party supplier, AMI Learning Ltd, who has demonstrated the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure your data is stored securely.
By utilising this service, you are entering a contract for its use, and as such data you provide will be used by us to deliver the service as described in this privacy notice. This data is shared with AMI Learning Ltd who maintain the service on Resource Group’s behalf and is only made available to staff on a need to know basis that require access to deliver the service. You should be aware that the consequence of not accepting this use of your data will prevent us from being able to provide this service for your use. Your personal data will be retained securely in the server for up to 36 months after your last use of the system, allowing you to resume usage in this period. After this period, your data will be removed or anonymised as required for the service performance.
We take the security of your data seriously. We have internal policies and controls in place to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by system administrators / managers within Resource Group and system maintainers.
Under Article 13 of the GDPR, we are bound to provide you with information relating to your rights, which are as follows:
If we are using your data because we deem it necessary for our legitimate interests to do so, and you do not agree, you have the right to object. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
Where we have obtained your consent to process your personal data, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
You have the right to ask us to confirm what information we hold about you at any time, and you may ask us to modify, update or delete such information. We are required to confirm your identity before processing any such request and, where we are legally permitted, we may decline your request, but we will explain the reason why to you.
You have the right to request for us to "erase" your personal data. We will respond to your request within 30 days and will delete your data unless there is a legal reason for keeping your data which prevents us from agreeing to your request, in which case we will let you know why.
If you wish, you have the right to transfer your data from us to another data controller. This will be by directly transferring your data to you in a commonly used machine-readable format.
